Krdc missing from kdenetwork4

Description

The Krdc application is not included in kdenetwork4 yet I think it should be. There is no portfile for Krdc individually so it must be included in kdenetwork4, as outlined on ​http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdenetwork/krdc/installation.html

I am using MacPorts version 2.0.3 with kdenetwork4 version 4.7.1.

The build files dictate that Krdc is only available when using qt4-x11.

If you can get qt4-x11 to build then kdenetwork4 will try to build Krdc.
