update libzookeeper to 3.3.3 and some improvements

Description

I propose updating libzookeeper port to version 3.3.3 and some improvements:

  • add license
  • set dist_subdir to zookeeper
  • fix for universal build
  • add livecheck

I also ask for a joint maintainership.
