lion fullscreen patch for emacs-app

Description

I propose to include another fullscreen patch for emacs-app on lion os. Lion users can enable either the traditional fullscreen by typing M-x ns-toggle-fullscreen or the lion fullscreen by clicking the fullscreen button. Please take a look.

  • add livecheck as well as emacs port
