arq_restore installs binaries into applications_dir

arq_restore contains these items: 

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  290760 Jul 28 11:37 /Applications/MacPorts/arq_restore
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  294892 Jul 28 11:37 /Applications/MacPorts/arq_verify
-rw-r--r--  1 root  admin    6593 Jul 28 11:36 /opt/local/share/doc/arq_restore/README.markdown

These are command-line programs and belong in ${prefix}/bin, not ${applications_dir}. Attached is a patch to fix this, although instead of just fixing this and increasing the revision, you may wish to increase the port to a newer revision of the upstream git repository; the revision the port uses is over a year old by now.
