apr0 seems to have been updated (port version: 0.9.19, new version: 0.9.20)

#23703 could also be dealt with at the same time.

Updated in r89565.

Out of curiosity, is anybody still using apr0? Code should be using apr 1.x.y in the apr package.

Within MacPorts, apr0 is only used by apr-util0 and apache20, and apr-util0 is only used by apache20. apache20 is used by mod_ssi_func, and in variants of mod_jk and php4.
