Description

The attached portfile is for the GPP4 library (​https://launchpad.net/gpp4), which is a freely distributable subset of the very popular CPP4 library used in computational crystallography.

Added in r95679 with changes:

  • removed redundant distname line
  • derived branch from version instead of hardcoding it
  • fixed format of license field
  • made pkgconfig a build-time dependency only
  • fixed gcc46 variant description
  • added gcc47 variant
  • changed default variant to gcc45 to match other science ports
  • disabled universal variant due to use of non-Apple gcc
