The log says:

So you should check the config.log for more details. Also check the wiki:FAQ#missingxcode.

    initial v1  
    11apr failed to update so I uninstalled, cleaned, and then attempted to install. I get an error during the "configure" stage. The log is attached, but the relevant part is here:
