Description
If openexr or evas are installed, exact-image links with them, though no dependency on them has been declared.
exact-image should either declare a dependency on them, or it should not use them (even if they are already installed).

Here's a patch which disables the use of openexr and evas (and also something called "bardecode", which was the only other available configure option the port wasn't using yet). Alternately, if adding openexr or evas would be valuable, we can do that instead.

In r99117 I disabled bardecode and enabled evas and openexr.
