rNMR 1.1.7 packaging for MacPorts

The attached packaging provides a port for rNMR (​http://rnmr.nmrfam.wisc.edu). The package builds the r-base sources for rNMR into a byte-compiled binary package in the build phase and then extracts this binary package into the destination directory in the destroot phase. The program can started using the rNMR command via the symlink provided in ${prefix}/bin. Tested on Lion against Xcode 4.3.2 using MacPorts 2.0.4.

  • license
  • supported_archs
  • simplify destroot
  • livecheck
