Patch to update cmake port from 2.8.7 to 2.8.8

I provide a more complete patch to update the cmake port to 2.8.8, as just updating the Portfile will produce warnings when applying the patches to the upstream sources. The patch to make cmake work with Xcode 4.3 (patch-Xcode_4.3.diff) can be deleted, as it has been incorporated upstream into cmake 2.8.8.

The non-GUI build works fine on Snow Leopard. It's going to take some time for the GUI version to build, and I can't verify on Lion yet.
