Description

The new apbs release builds with cmake-only and no longer requires a fortran compiler so that the dependency on gcc45 can be removed.
The attached Portfile.diff builds apbs 1.4.0 with cmake and uses the proposed maloc package to avoid broken cmake build of the maloc
bundled in apbs.
