Description
Errors occur in "port install sdd" <attached log> and also in manual build using smake as per README in build directories. It appears that the platform is not supported in RULES directory and that there are various issues with the source.

Looks like we should be switching this port from using gnumake to using smake, like the error message says. Duplicate of #14628.
