The error in the config.log is:
configure:2243: /usr/bin/clang++ --version >&5 Agreeing to the Xcode/iOS license requires admin privileges, please re-run as root via sudo.
Manually executing the clang++ via sudo and repeating the install command will work. The script should be corrected to account for this.
