Description

I tried to install a dvi under 10.9.2, XCode 5.1.1 bur it fails during build phase, see attached log. I cannot figure out what exactly goes wrong here. Any advice is highly appreciated.

Summary: advi fails to built → advi: sed: RE error: illegal byte sequence

The sed that's included in Mountain Lion and later is more strict, and needs to know what the locale is.

I would try to fix this, but I can't get its dependency camlimages to build because of #39934.
