Description

Macports committer l2g has ​not committed anything in over 2 years and has ​many open tickets.

Larry, are you still interested in maintaining any of these ports?

I was pretty sure that I had announced years ago my intent not to do any more maintenance of MacPorts ports. Maybe I did not do this in the right way, or maybe I mis-remembered doing it, so I'm sorry for that. I'm grateful to have been part of the MacPorts project, but I'm devoting my attention to another OS X package manager at this time.

While updating the port versions I removed the maintainer in some ports:

The rest can probably be done in a single commit.
