Description
irc/ircii is broken, the Portfile referes to an old version (dports tree is current)
ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/clients/unix/ircII/ should be ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/clients/unix/ircII/old/
(this is my first bug report, hope this is more or less what is expected?)
