libgpod 0.8.0 Unknown SWIG preprocessor directive

Description

Trying to install digikam, all proceeds well up to the libgpod install and it then fails with a series of errors "Unknown SWIG preprocessor directive". Log attached. Hopefully the log is sufficiently clean - I've done: 

sudo port clean digikam
sudo port clean libgpod
sudo port selfupdate
sudo port install digikam

and that doesn't fix the issue.

Don't know if this is related in any way to #42874

OS X version is 10.10.2, and Xcode version is 6.1.1
