Description
The parrot port is outdated. The port's version is 3.3.0. The current version, released last month, is 7.2.0.

I'm no longer active with the parrot project, but: In general I have no objection to this update. Given the current parrot release schedule, I think it's fine to target any recent release.

Actually it looks like 7.0.2 is the latest stable version at this time; 7.1 and 7.2 are development releases.
Attached is a patch to update the port.
