I constantly get errors building libgcc on Yosemite. Log is attached. Developer tools for Xcode (Version 6.3) are installed
xcode-select -p /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

The log says "Bootstrap comparison failure!" so I think this is a duplicate of #47410.
