axel: checksum failure

Steps to reproduce:

1. sudo port clean --dist axel
2. sudo port install axel

Observed:

Expected: fetch and install axel binaries on mac

Possible root cause: the binary is wrong mirrorred: axel-2.4.tar.bz2.html refers to a html login page instead of a binary file:
