Arpack configure failure

I just did a sudo port selfupdate after a long time not updating. My subsequent sudo port upgrade outdated failed with the following

Error: org.macports.configure for port arpack returned: configure failure: command execution failed

There seem to be some similar issues, but they are a few years old whereas this has happened only recently for me. I tried doing sudo port clean --all arpack but the same thing happened again.

How can I edit the issue text? I inadvertently left an extra line in the code block and would like to remove it.

It's append only, so not much to do besides edit it (which still shows the diff).

In the future, please fill in the Port field and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers arpack), if any.

Most likely this is fixed in r145625. Please confirm.
