Neither ​https://guide.macports.org/#reference.keywords nor ​https://guide.macports.org/#reference.phases mention the keyword "known_fail".

Please document the keyword so maintainers become aware of it and how to use it.

Thing is, it doesn't have any actual semantics within MacPorts yet.

We should still document that it exists, how we want it to be used, and what the consequences of using and not using it are.
