[PHP5] Cleaner configure.args for mysql* variants

Description
For the various mysql variants it would be a good idea to add this line to keep the configure.args clean and less confusing, since its listed as part of phpinfo(). Also, such a change would avoid any possible errors that might crop up should PHP's build process not behave the same in the future.
configure.args-remove --without-mysql
