Upstream are aware.

https://github.com/xrootd/xrootd/issues/1815

For now I suggest trying to manually disable the bindings variant. i.e. install xrootd -python310

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am using a precompiled version to install Gate software.(https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#installing-with-macports-macos-users-only).By using the command "sudo port install gate". I am not sure how can I disable the bindings?I am a beginner any details are much appreciated.

The log shows the failure is with gate, not xrootd, so nothing to do with this ticket.

Please open a different ticket for build issues relating to gate.

Okay thanks, I will open a new ticket. Before I jump to a new ticket, I believe I am getting similar error when I ma trying to install Virt-manager with macports. Please see the attached log file. Is there is any issue with my ports?
