QCSXCAD: vtk must be installed with +qt5.

Description

When trying to install openEMS, AppCSXCAD is installed as a dependency, however CSXCAD fails to install, with the error message in the title.

I'm using Ventura 13.5 on an Intel Mac, and not sure if this is a deficiency of the installer or the configuration of my machine.

Then please install vtk with +qt5. 😊 

sudo port install vtk +qt5

Thanks for the prompt reply, I didn't know I could force the +qt5 with the install command. Following your instructions I now have AppCSXCAD working as desired.
