Description
The csvkit tool is primarily a CLI tool as per its documentation, and does not appear to offer a public Python API. https://csvkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
Therefore it seems like it should be renamed to "csvkit", deprecating "py-csvkit" and its subports.
