Description
Looks like gimp2* ports need a revbump:
Could not open /opt/local/lib/libjxl_threads.0.8.dylib: Error opening or reading file (referenced from /opt/local/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/file-jpegxl/file-jpegxl)

It honestly didn't even occur to me that ports would be routinely using an experimental library like libjxl, which is still changing its API every release. But clearly that is the case and rev bumps are in order.
