It is unlikely it really must use 10.3 SDK, perhaps?

Related to #47651, in which I fixed the SDK only for Intel systems, perhaps on the presumption that it wouldn't be a problem for a PowerPC user to install the 10.3.9 SDK using the Xcode installer.
