Update git-core to 1.2.4, mostly non-critical bugfixes. Add dependency to sed in the Portfile.

Uh...I don't see this committed in yet. (I avoided diffs because of CVS $id$ lines and I don't use CVS for my few dports efforts.)

Truly committed, plus the py-asciidoc dep change to just asciidoc. Oh, and you shouldn't need to worry about the $Id stuff (no need to change it) since the cvs server will handle that for us all.
