Seems fine here. There should be more working OpenBSD mirrors in the next MacPorts release BTW. If you can't get it to work in the meantime, try the workaround given in ProblemHotlist.

    11I try to install texlive with "install textlive" and then it tries to download texlive_texmf-minimal-2007g0.tar.gz from several servers, but no one seems to have the file:
