Use xcode PortGroup in GPGAppKit — at Initial Version

Description

GPGAppKit does not currently use the xcode PortGroup and use the `cd` TCL procedure.

Changes:

  • Ported to xcode-1.0 PortGroup.
  • Does not use the cd procedure anymore (see #12914).
