xinstall fails for Psequin — at Initial Version

Description
I made the changes outlined in http://trac.macports.org/ticket/22621 and it builds fine, but then It says:
$ sudo port install ncbi_tools ---> Computing dependencies for ncbi_tools ---> Building ncbi_tools ---> Staging ncbi_tools into destroot Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: xinstall: Cannot stat: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_science_ncbi_tools/work/ncbi/bin/Psequin, No such file or directory Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
