The error message in your debug output shows: 

/opt/local/share/curl/curl-ca-bundle.crt already exists and does not belong to a registered port

So please delete that file and try again.

    11Having problems installing amarok, ticket #20199 solved the qt4-mac issue but now it's curl-ca-bundle and kdebase4-runtime stopping the installation:
