  • Ticket #25380 – Description

    initial v1
    11I installed gcc45 using Mac ports successfully on both my home and work computers (running Snow Leopard and mac ports 1.9 and 1.9.1), e.g. I get the following output when I update:
    22
    3
     3{{{
    44--->  Computing dependencies for gcc45
    55--->  Fetching gcc45

    1515--->  Activating gcc45 @4.5.0_4
    1616--->  Cleaning gcc45
     17}}}
    1718
    1819However, when I try to invoke gcc45 I simply get command not found. Further, when I try man gcc45 I get "No manual entry for gcc45" and for apropos gcc45 I get "gcc45: nothing appropriate". When I locate gcc45, all I see are a bunch of sources.
