kdebase3 does not build against openssl 1.0.0 (0.9.8 works) — at Initial Version

Description
After 'sudo port selfupdate' I tried to 'sudo port upgrade outdated'. kdebase3 failed during build. Invoking the build script gives
invalid conversion from 'const SSL_METHOD*' to 'SSL_METHOD*'
in crypto.cpp
donwgrading openssl to 0.9.8 solves the problem
