Your log file doesn't show which site your file was fetched from.

Please execute 

sudo port clean --all libsamplerate
sudo port -d checksum libsamplerate

and post the results.

And don't forget to

  • use wiki format for text listings
  • copy the port maintainer
  • put the port name in the Port field of the submission form
