magicpoint cannot be installed "no gif_lib.h" — at Initial Version

Description

I could not installed magicpoint by bellow command

sudo port -d install magicpoint

It said that "FATAL: can not find gif_lib.h. pass proper CPPFLAGS to configure." in main.log
