As per the ticket guidelines linked prominently from the New Ticket page, remember to fill in the Port field, cc the maintainer, and use WikiFormatting; and don't set the Milestone field.

This is not an update request, it is a failure of the port to install, so the correct ticket type is defect. As per the FAQ, you need to indicate which mirror your file was downloaded from. Have you read the MisbehavingServers wiki page shown in the output and checked which of the reasons for the file being HTML applies here?
