gsed fails with "webpage" error — at Initial Version

Description

I was trying to load py26-scipy and it depends on gsed. gsed failed with the "webpage" error. I thought it could be just temporary, but it's been like this for weeks now. Other packages install just fine on my system. See screen output below.
