fvwm2: fetch fails on ftp-deprived networks — at Version 1

While trying to install fvwm2 for my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard, I receive a fetch failure for the following file:

fvwm-2.6.3.tar.bz2

If I go to distfiles.macports.org/fvwm2, I find the following two files:

fvwm-2.5.21.tar.bz2
fvwm-2.5.31.tar.bz2

So it looks like the file that is reported as missing is indeed missing.

Summary: Missing fvwm-2.6.3.tar.bz2 → fvwm2: fetch fails on ftp-deprived networks

The file is right there on the official server:

​ftp://ftp.fvwm.org/pub/fvwm/version-2/

You must be on a network that does not permit access to FTP sites. Unfortunately our primary distfiles mirror is also on such a network, so it cannot mirror this file either.
