On Lion, port fails to install py-cx_freeze MacPorts 2.0.3 Mac OSX 10.7.2
sudo port install py-cx_freeze ---> Computing dependencies for py-cx_freeze Error: Dependency 'py-c-distribute' not found. Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
