R-framework fails to buid — at Initial Version

Description
error during the build Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: shell command failed (see log for details) Log for R-framework is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_math_R-framework/R-framework/main.log Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
The main.log is attached.
The error given is :

so far I have tried: clean install of R-framework and removing and cleaning llvm-gcc42. nothing has helped.
