Description
The attached Portfile.diff and replacement ccpnmr.patch upgrades the ccpnmr
package to the latest 2.2.2 stable release , switches the python used from 2.6 to
2.7 and builds the package against gcc45 so that the openmp features are used
via libgomp. Tested on Lion against Xcode 4.3.2.
