relax 1.3.15 package update — at Initial Version

Description
The attached Portfile.diff and replacement relax.patch...
1) updates relax to version 1.3.15
2) switch the PortGroup from python26 to python27.
3) switches the package depends_lib to py27-wxpython-devel.
4) removes the py2x-scientific dependency which is no longer required.
5) removes the py2x-minfx dependency since minfx is now bundled in the relax sources.
6) adds a new depends_lib on pymol since relax can now call that program.
7) Add test fields to Portfile.
Note that the use of wxpython-devel moves the relax menu bar to the normal Mac OS X position a the top of the screen.
