KMyMoney4 crashes during startup — at Initial Version

Description
I have installed kmymoney4 via macports, but when trying to start it, it crashes after several seconds with the following messages:
kmymoney(52611)/KSharedDataCache ensureFileAllocated: This system misses support for posix_fallocate() -- ensure this partition has room for at least 10547296 bytes. kmymoney(52611)/KSharedDataCache: Unable to find an appropriate lock to guard the shared cache.
