    78 As you can see, I also reach a dead end when trying to install harfbuzz and graphite2. The issue with the latter in the log points to the absence of pango-devel, which I forcibly installed in place of my current pango @1.30.1_3+universal+x11 (active) only to revert back upon failure again. I use two other programs which depend on the normal pango, so I cannot remain on pango-devel for long.

    80 There was also the issue of gcc not being set at all, but I managed to learn how to make one active from among my available cmake compilers by "sudo port select --set gcc XXX". This is the current gcc setting:
