Description
Trying to install qrupdate to use accelerate framework pulls in atlas regardless:
sudo port install qrupdate +noatlas ---> Computing dependencies for qrupdate ---> Dependencies to be installed: atlas ---> Fetching archive for atlas ---> Attempting to fetch atlas-3.9.76_0+gcc45.darwin_11.x86_64.tbz2 from http://packages.macports.org/atlas
