In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field and Cc the port maintainer(s).

Error is: 

:error:configure org.macports.configure for port mysql5-server returned: error copying "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_databases_mysql5/mysql5-server/work/mysql-5.1.65": no such file or directory

You need to clean and try again: 

sudo port clean --all mysql5-server
sudo port install mysql5-server
