Conflicting declarations in tiff and opencv

Compiling a program (gmic from gmic.scourceforge.net) using libtiff AND opencv throws errors concerning conflicting declarations. The error occurs since upgrade to MacPorts 2.1.3 :

A workaround would be helpful.
