Installation of libvirt port fails — at Version 1

Below is the output of an attempt to install libvirt 

$ sudo port install libvirt
--->  Computing dependencies for libvirt
--->  Building libvirt
Error: org.macports.build for port libvirt returned: command execution failed
Please see the log file for port libvirt for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_sysutils_libvirt/libvirt/main.log
